Searching Members By Activities Count

On the members search, the Activities Count filter dropdown has been replaced with a Min/Max range input.

When using the Activities Count filter, the value is required and must be zero or a positive integer. If the value is present, the search finds all members with an activities count between the and value. If the Max value is missing, the search finds all members with an activities count of Min and above.
