Alerts for member milestones

Currently, alerts or webhooks can be triggered based on members activities with optional filtering criteria.
This feature allows you to trigger alerts or webhooks based on a milestone the member has reached, such as:
- When a member is promoted to a new Orbit level
- When the love of a member increases/decreases, so that you can kindle/rekindle
- When a high-reach person becomes a member, so that you can ensure you welcome/engage them
- When an existing member's reach grows significantly, so that you can ensure you're leveraging them

With our new more powerful filters, you can now find members that match particular member milestones. This is what we currently have available related to member milestones
- You can create milestones like "reached 100 Discord messages in last 30 days", "reached Orbit Level 1" using our new filters
- You can set up automated workflows that do something (like send a webhook or a Twitter DM) when a member reaches a certain milestone
- You can create a list of members that meet a certain milestone playbook here
We are currently working on:
- adding filters for Twitter followers (so you can know when someone influential joins your community)
- letting you send a Slack alert/email when a member reaches a milestone

love this suggestion. Alerts like this would be helpful for team members who don't use orbit as much as I do
