You now have the ability to change which columns you see on the Members Tab (and in Member Lists). We do not yet have the ability to you to re-arrange column positions or retain them in saved views, but using Member Lists may solve some of your pain points. We currently cannot prioritize rearranging column positions, but it's something we may come back to in the future
