I'm happy to confirm that we've released notifications when contributors have their first PR merged.

Happy to say we’re working on a notification system! In this first iteration, we'll send notifications for several team milestones (e.g. a teammate joined your workspace), first PR merged and new notes. Feel free to drop us a message in our Discord to get on the beta list!

It would be nice if we could group all first time contributors on a given period, to be able to thank them by email for instance (could be another channel, the point is getting back to the first-time contributors).
