Current behavior
When a new note is added, it's currently not possible to:
- Send a Slack notification through the Slack app integration
- Trigger a Slack notification or a webhook through the Alerts feature
- Trigger a zap through the Zapier integration
Expected behavior
Enable these use cases.

This feature would be super useful. I think there's real power in notes and I'm encouraging the team to make more use of notes off the back of their observations, and more importantly, their 1-2-1 (or group) conversations with community members.
Automatically notifying a Slack channel whenever a new note is added would help bolster such a habit.
