- Send activity data tracked in Orbit to your other tools.

Segment is key for sending events to multiple destinations. We need to be able to send our product events to Orbit and see how they relate to the community activity. Do people that did signup also interact on our other channels? How does one channel impact the others? This is central to understand our customer journey.

Estimates suck. Please only communicate when the bet has been taken and the work has effectively started. I was hoping for proper integration to have proper data before our pre-launch. Meanwhile, I had to switch from Zapier to Integromat, and still face issues with tasks failing. This makes my product data not relevant in Orbit and makes it harder to see, the impact of our actions in there. Without Segment, Orbit is less valuable to us, as we want to primarily focus on our users, not people liking us on Twitter!

Re: Segment, sorry for setting the wrong expectation here. We're now more cautious when it comes to providing ETAs.
Re: Integromat, can you please submit a support request? Our team is currently OOO (https://orbit.love/blog/were-ooo-for-refuel-week) but we should be able to look at it next week.
